General Ticket Office and ancillary services

The General Ticket Office is located in the Departures area. It offers services on behalf of the main airlines of the global market.

Besides ticket sale, it deals with excess baggage payments, ticket replacement, passenger rerouting.

Tickets can not be sold at the phone.


The ticket service is available every day with following opening times:

  • Monday - Sunday: 05.00-24.00
  • Sunday 24/12: 05.00-22.00
  • Sunday 31/12: 05.00-23.00

The General Ticket Office offers ancillary services, such as the sale of:


  • dPLF registration (Passenger Locator Form) at a cost of € 30;
  • Fast Track single tickets;
  • Piemonte Lounge daily access (+Fast Track for free);
  • sale by telephone of parking at the official parking lots of Turin Airport;

  • Train tickets;
  • ESTA authorisations for US travellers;
  • Check-in services for low-cost airlines' passengers.



The Travel Agency, located next to the General Ticket Office, purchases travel and tourism services and packages.
